TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All goods to Overseas Customers are sent by Air Parcel and are insured
special delivery requests are at Customers own expense
2. All goods are of first quality and come with their own box and Certificate
where applicable
3. No monies will be processed until goods are ready for shipment
4. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery Longer delivery times will be notified
5. Customers personal details are NOT stored on COMPUTER
6. Items damaged in transit must be notified to TOUCH OF GLASS and the
DELIVERY AGENT in the Country concerned within 5 days
7 All damaged items must be returned to TOUCH OF GLASS after
clearance from Insurance and Delivery Authorities Replacements
will be sent where applicable Free of Charge
8. Overseas customers are responsible for any duties levied by their
customs authorities
9. Personal information Orders can only be sent via Telephone/Fax to

10. This Web Site is up dated on a regular basis but retired items are
by their nature in short supply You will be notified if items are no
longer available
